What sets us apart isn’t just our skill with stone, brick, and concrete—it’s the care we bring to every step of the process. We believe in showing up when we say we will, communicating clearly, and holding ourselves to the highest standard of quality and integrity. Our President & CEO, Teddy Acosta, got his start in the concrete business in 1999. From day one, he knew he wanted to run his own company. He spent years learning every facet of the trade, working his way up with determination and grit. That work ethic—and a love for a good challenge—eventually led him to launch Costa Concrete Construction in 2017. Since then, we’ve grown steadily, thanks to a strong reputation for reliability, precision, and doing things the right way.
We’re deeply familiar with the unique challenges and beauty of building in the coastal Lowcountry. Whether we’re installing a slab foundation engineered for marshy soil or designing an outdoor fireplace that becomes the heart of your backyard, our work is rooted in both technical excellence and thoughtful design.
